Nursery Practitioner – Exeter

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our fantastic network of nurseries and early years settings across Exeter and the surrounding areas.
Whether you're looking for a few days a week or regular flexible work, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle!
What does the role involve?
Creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5.
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and nursery teams.
Supporting daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.
Following the EYFS framework and promoting children's individual development.
Ensuring safeguarding and children's wellbeing remain a top priority.
What are we looking for?
Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, or QTS.
Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
A caring, patient and enthusiastic personality.
Confidence working with different age groups, from babies to preschool.
Flexibility, reliability and the ability to adapt to different nursery environments.
A good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework.
