TeacherActive is proud to be working with a newly built, modern primary school in the Tredegar area that is looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school offers a fantastic working environment with excellent facilities and is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where children are encouraged to thrive from the very start of their educational journey.

The school is looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis from September, with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate. The successful Welsh Speaking Level 3 Teaching Assistant will support pupils within the Nursery class, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences while promoting children's confidence, independence and development.

The successful Welsh Speaking Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification
• Fluency in Welsh and the ability to confidently support Welsh-medium learning
• Experience working with Nursery or Early Years children
• A sound understanding of the Foundation Phase curriculum
• A positive, proactive and caring approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
