TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Middle School in Northumberland that is looking to appoint a dedicated PE Teacher. The school prides itself on providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.

The school is looking to appoint a long-term PE Teacher to teach Physical Education across both the Primary and Secondary phases. The successful PE Teacher will deliver engaging practical and theoretical PE lessons, promote participation in sport, maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management, and support pupils in developing confidence, teamwork and resilience.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching PE across Primary and/or Secondary settings in the UK
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for a range of abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
