Salary: £170 - £250 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Stockport who are looking to appoint a PE Teacher. The school offers a positive and welcoming environment with high expectations for both staff and students.

The school is looking to take on a PE Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from January. The successful PE Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across the secondary age range, supporting student progress and maintaining high standards of behaviour and participation.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

• QTS with a PE specialism
• Experience teaching PE within a UK secondary school
• Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
