Job Title: Primary Teacher

Location: Leeds – LS8, LS9, LS14 & LS15

Start Date: September

Salary: £150 - £180 per day

TeacherActive is working with a number of mainstream primary schools across LS8, LS9, LS14 and LS15. We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to provide day-to-day and short-term cover from September.

The successful Primary Teacher will work across local primary schools, providing cover for sickness, training, planned absence and other staffing requirements. As a Primary Teacher, you will be expected to deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour and provide pupils with consistency throughout the school day.

Whether you are an ECT looking to experience different schools or an experienced teacher looking for more flexibility, we would love to hear from you.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• UK QTS

• Previous UK primary teaching experience

• Knowledge of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

• Strong behaviour management

• Good safeguarding knowledge

• An enthusiastic and adaptable attitude
