Job Title: Primary NQT

Salary: £172.98 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Cardiff and the Vale who are looking to appoint a Primary NQT. The school provides a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, and staff are supported through strong leadership and ongoing professional development.
The school is looking to appoint a full-time Primary NQT from September on a long-term basis. The successful Primary NQT will be teaching Key Stage 1, delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment and supporting pupils to make excellent progress while receiving guidance and mentoring throughout the placement.
The successful Primary NQT will have:
QTS (NQTs are encouraged to apply)
Experience teaching or completing placements within a UK primary school
Good knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
