TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in the L22 area of Merseyside, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a primary school where you can make a genuine difference to pupils' learning, confidence and academic development.

The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic Primary Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful Primary Teacher will be working across Key Stage 1, delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, maintaining strong classroom management and adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching within a UK mainstream Primary School

• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum across KS1

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills

• The ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that support pupil progress

• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
