TeacherActive is working with a mainstream primary school in Alnwick that is looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. The school is seeking an enthusiastic teacher who can contribute positively to the learning environment and support pupils throughout their primary education.

The successful Primary Teacher will work on a long-term basis, teaching within either KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and the needs of the school. The role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, maintaining positive behaviour and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality teaching and learning.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Knowledge and understanding of the KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching
