Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Location: Leeds
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £140 - £225 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of supportive primary schools across Leeds and the surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Primary School Teachers who are confident working across KS1 and KS2.
We have a range of day-to-day opportunities available, giving you flexibility around when and where you work. We also work closely with schools recruiting for longer-term and permanent positions, giving you the opportunity to find a school that is the right fit for you.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with the school's curriculum, follow planning where provided, manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive environment where pupils can continue learning in the absence of their usual teacher.
The successful Primary School Teacher will have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are encouraged to apply
Experience working across KS1 and/or KS2
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
Reliability and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
A commitment to safeguarding and pupil development
