Pay: £140–£225 per day, dependent on experience and assignment

We are recruiting Primary Cover Teachers to join our growing supply team, supporting a wide network of primary schools across Leeds and the surrounding areas.

We have opportunities to suit different career goals and availability, from flexible day-to-day cover and short-term assignments through to long-term bookings and permanent positions.

Whether you want to work five days a week, a couple of days around other commitments, or you're looking for a longer-term position in the right school, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Primary Cover Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
• Follow lesson plans and resources provided by the school
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups and routines
• Support pupils' learning, progress and development
• Provide continuity and consistency during teacher absences
• Take on longer-term teaching responsibilities where required

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate UK-recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching within a primary school environment
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Are committed to delivering a high standard of education

ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.

An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is desirable. If you don't currently have one, we can support you through the DBS application process.
