TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Nottingham who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically and personally.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a part-time basis from September, working across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for leading classes, planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour and working closely with Teaching Assistants to support pupils effectively.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum across KS1 and KS2
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to work effectively alongside Teaching Assistants and other school staff
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
