Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £130 - £140 per day
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Honiton, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school promotes an inclusive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, with a dedicated leadership team committed to supporting both staff and students.
The school is looking to appoint a full-time Primary Teacher with an immediate start. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to teach across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality education. SEND experience is highly desirable, and being a driver would be advantageous.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
- QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
- Confidence teaching across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching
