TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic Primary School based in Tonypandy, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school boasts fantastic facilities and a welcoming, supportive culture, with a strong ethos centred around providing pupils with a positive learning environment where they can thrive.
The school is looking to take on a confident Primary Teacher for day-to-day supply cover, with the potential for further opportunities to become available as the term progresses. The successful Primary Teacher will be working across Key Stage 2 / KS2, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations and demonstrating a firm but fair approach to behaviour management to ensure a positive and productive classroom environment.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (NQTs are also welcome to apply)
Experience teaching across Key Stage 2 / KS2
Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A firm but fair approach, with the confidence to manage challenging behaviour effectively
A flexible, enthusiastic and adaptable attitude
