Primary Teacher

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher to work across Primary schools in the Tonypandy area. This role requires flexibility to teach across all key stages, providing high-quality education and support wherever needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who thrives in different classroom environments and is committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary key stages
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups and abilities
• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
• Build positive relationships quickly with pupils, staff, and the wider school community
• Ensure all pupils are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Flexibility to work across all key stages
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships quickly with both pupils and staff
• A child-centred approach, always putting pupils at the heart of your practice
• Adaptable, reliable, and professional
