TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Sheffield that is looking to welcome a Primary Teacher to its supportive school community. The school provides a positive environment for an ECT to develop their skills, build confidence and benefit from ongoing support and mentoring.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher to work across multiple year groups, with short-term and long-term opportunities available on both a part-time and full-time basis. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, maintain positive classroom management and support pupils with their learning and development.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS, with ECTs welcomed to apply
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils through teaching placements or classroom experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
