Salary: £170 - £250 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a 2-form entry Primary School in Chorlton that has been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. The school provides a welcoming and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to teach a Year 3 class on a full-time, long-term basis starting after October half term. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum, maintaining strong classroom management and supporting pupils to make excellent progress.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Primary teaching experience in the UK
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2 is desirable
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
