TeacherActive is looking for a qualified teacher to provide KS1 and KS2 supply cover at an excellent primary school in NG16. If you enjoy getting to know a school and making an impact, this role could develop into a long-term placement.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver purposeful, engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Adapt your teaching to suit pupils’ different abilities and needs.
• Help children feel confident, included and ready to learn.
• Set clear expectations and manage the classroom positively.
• Work with school staff to provide continuity for pupils.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching the UK primary curriculum.
• Confidence stepping into different KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
• Have experience teaching SEND pupils.
• A thoughtful, adaptable approach to lesson planning.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
