Salary: £34,000 - £52,000 per annum

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School in South Gloucestershire, who are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to their team. The school is seeking a dedicated individual who can create a positive learning environment, inspire pupils of different ages and help every child feel confident and motivated in their learning.

The school is looking to appoint a confident and adaptable Primary Teacher on a long-term basis to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, teaching pupils from Year 1 through to Year 6. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Primary Teacher who enjoys the variety of working across different classes, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining strong classroom management and ensuring pupils continue to make progress throughout the school day.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching across KS1 and KS2, ideally including PPA cover
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum from Year 1 to Year 6
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
• Confidence adapting teaching approaches to suit different ages, abilities and classroom settings
• A flexible, enthusiastic and reliable approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed
