Your role

As a Primary Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to inspire young learners while working in supportive schools that value high-quality teaching.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Supporting pupils across the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Managing behaviour positively and effectively
• Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents

We're looking for teachers who have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school (NQTs are welcome to apply)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, flexible and reliable approach
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
