Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Salford
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £160 - £240 per day

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with the enthusiasm to support and develop pupils in Year 1?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Salford, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school provides a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and passion for learning.
The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis, teaching a Year 1 class. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, managing classroom behaviour and supporting pupils to make strong progress.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
- QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
- Experience teaching within a Primary School
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 / KS1 curriculum
- Excellent classroom management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
