TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Nottingham, NG6, who are looking to appoint a reliable and adaptable Supply Teacher. The school is seeking a confident individual who can provide high-quality teaching across different year groups, ensuring pupils receive consistent support and continuity in their learning.
The school is looking to take on a Supply Teacher from ASAP on a short-term, day-to-day supply basis, covering planned teacher absences across EYFS, Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Supply Teacher will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, supporting pupil engagement and providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement.
The successful Supply Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Experience teaching within a mainstream primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and EYFS framework
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across different year groups
A flexible, reliable and adaptable approach to teaching
