Primary Teaching Assistant

These schools are committed to providing a nurturing learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, and staff are supported to develop their skills and experience.

We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to work on either a day-to-day or long-term basis, depending on your availability and preferences. The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will support teaching and learning across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support for pupils when required.

The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children within a UK Primary School across KS1 and KS2
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• A flexible, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
