TeacherActive is pleased to collaborate with a Further Education college in Cardiff seeking a passionate and inspiring Health and Social Care Lecturer. The college provides a supportive and inclusive environment for learners aged 16 and over, catering to diverse abilities.

We are recruiting a part-time Health and Social Care Lecturer for an immediate start. The successful candidate will deliver Health and Social Care and Childcare programmes, supporting learners with varying academic needs. You will apply effective classroom and behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care within a Further Education setting
• Experience delivering Childcare courses in a Further Education environment
• Ability to engage and support learners aged 16 and over with diverse academic abilities
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in supporting learners who may display challenging behaviour
• A positive, adaptable, and engaging teaching style
