Drama Teacher – January 2027 – North Wiltshire

Start Date: January 2027
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
TeacherActive are recruiting an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher for a well-established, supportive secondary school in North Wiltshire, starting January 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school where the performing arts are valued and creativity is encouraged. You'll be working with a supportive team, delivering engaging Drama lessons and helping students develop confidence, communication and performance skills.
The Role
Teach Drama across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons.
Inspire students through practical performance and theatrical techniques.
Support school productions and extracurricular activities.
Maintain positive behaviour and high expectations in the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching Drama at secondary level.
Is passionate about theatre and performing arts.
Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Is enthusiastic, creative and committed to student development.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
