As a QTS Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with experienced school teams, build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact on children's learning.
The successful QTS Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
- Recent classroom teaching experience within a UK primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
- A positive, flexible and professional attitude
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or a willingness to apply for one
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
