Nursery Practitioner – Saffron Walden

TeacherActive are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to support a well-established early years setting in Saffron Walden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a professional and supportive team where you can build on your experience and make a real difference to children’s early development.

The setting provides a welcoming environment for children, with a strong focus on learning through play, individual development and providing high-quality care. You will be working alongside an experienced team and helping to create a positive environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to learn.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the children throughout their day, helping with activities, learning and development while maintaining a safe and caring environment.

You will work closely with other practitioners and the wider nursery team, building positive relationships with children and helping them reach their individual milestones.

This opportunity is available for an immediate start, but candidates who are currently working their notice period will also be considered.

What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• Previous nursery or early years experience
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Reliable and committed individuals who want to build their experience within early years
