Qualified Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable primary teachers for supply opportunities across primary schools in North Devon. We work with local schools requiring qualified teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across the Primary Curriculum.

We are looking for a primary teacher to work across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, with opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. The successful primary teacher will deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Longer-term and permanent opportunities may also be available where suitable.

The successful primary teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and adaptability
• A positive and professional approach to teaching
