The school is committed to promoting wellbeing, removing barriers to learning and ensuring young people aged 14 to 16 are supported to achieve both academically and personally.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Qualified Teacher (QTS) on a temporary basis from September. The successful Qualified Teacher (QTS) will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, maintain high standards of classroom management and work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive outcomes while making a valuable contribution to the wider school community.

The successful Qualified Teacher (QTS) will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching students aged 14 to 16 within a UK secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, positive and proactive approach to teaching
• A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
