The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start, welcoming applications from teachers across all secondary subject specialisms. The successful NQT will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour and supporting pupils' academic progress, whilst receiving guidance and support towards completing their required NQT induction hours.

The successful Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)

• A relevant teaching qualification and knowledge of the secondary curriculum

• Experience teaching or completing placements within a secondary school setting

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate pupils

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively alongside teaching and support staff

• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for education
