Salary: £174 - £240 per day (Main Pay Scale)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a growing secondary school based in Nottingham City Centre, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic English Teacher. The school has a fantastic sense of community and a welcoming, supportive English department that works collaboratively to provide students with a positive learning environment.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated English Teacher on a temporary basis, starting immediately and continuing until Christmas, with the possibility of an extension. The successful English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and GCSE, with occasional A-Level teaching, while maintaining high standards of behaviour and supporting students of varying abilities.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)

• A strong understanding of the E
