Secondary LSA

The school is looking to appoint a Secondary LSA on a long-term basis from September. The successful Secondary LSA will provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, assisting students with their learning, promoting positive behaviour and working alongside teaching staff to ensure pupils remain engaged across a variety of subject areas.

The successful Secondary LSA will have:

• Experience supporting students within a UK secondary school
• Experience working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• The ability to support students with a range of learning needs
• A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
