Are you a Secondary Teacher looking for flexible work in a welcoming and supportive school environment this September?
I am currently working with a highly regarded secondary school in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Teachers for flexible day-to-day and short-term supply opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking for a better work-life balance, whether you are looking to work a few days a week, gain experience in a new school, or enjoy the flexibility that supply teaching offers.
The school offers pre-booked supply opportunities wherever possible, allowing you to plan your availability in advance while still providing valuable support to pupils and staff. Teachers who build positive relationships with the school are often offered repeat bookings, providing consistency without the commitment of a permanent role.
The school is part of a successful local trust and has built a strong reputation for its welcoming community, high expectations and commitment to student success. With a clear focus on respect, ambition and positive relationships, the school provides a calm and supportive learning environment where both staff and students are encouraged to thrive.
Rated Good by Ofsted, the school has a strong culture of excellent behaviour and mutual respect. Staff work collaboratively to deliver engaging lessons, support student progress and create a positive experience for every learner.
The successful Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a UK Secondary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A flexible, proactive and positive approach to teaching.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
In return for the above, you can expect to receive:
- Flexible work to suit your availability.
- Pre-booked day-to-day and short-term supply opportunities wherever possible.
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to support you through the onboarding process.
- CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel.
- Market-leading rates of pay.
- TeacherActive Referral Scheme – Receive up to £100 when you refer a friend (Terms and Conditions apply).
- Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you're paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance with no hidden admin charges.
If you're looking for flexible teaching opportunities from September within a supportive and well-respected secondary school, apply today to find out more.
