SEN Primary Teacher
Location: Stechford
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £170 - £220 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEN setting in Stechford supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism / ASD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs. The setting provides a supportive and structured environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
The school is looking to appoint an SEN Primary Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEN Primary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching to meet individual needs and work closely with support staff to provide a consistent approach to learning, with ECTs also welcome to apply.
The successful SEN Primary Teacher will have:
QTS, with ECTs welcome to apply
Experience teaching primary-aged pupils
Experience supporting pupils with Autism / ASD and/or SEMH
The ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to individual needs
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
