Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, demonstrating empathy and flexibility.
- Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and daily management.
- Listen attentively and respond effectively to individual pupils’ needs to support their learning and development.
- Adopt a resilient and adaptable approach to support differentiated learning.
- Contribute positively to the school community by inspiring pupils and collaborating with colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- A genuine passion for motivating and inspiring pupils and colleagues alike.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
