Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in a child’s learning journey?
An outstanding Primary School in Bordesley Green is searching for a confident and creative KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team from January 2026.
About the Role
As a valued member of the Year 1 team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher with inspiring lesson delivery and preparation
✨ Providing additional support to pupils who may need that extra boost
Leading small group sessions in literacy and numeracy
Assisting with pupil observations and progress tracking
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Level 3 NVQ in Children’s Learning and Development (or equivalent)
Have experience supporting KS1 pupils, particularly in literacy and numeracy
Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and compassion to everything you do!
