✏️ The Role

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.

• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support their learning.

• Assist children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with their academic and personal development.

• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required.

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.

• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and social development.

• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to ensure every child receives the support they need.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD or SEMH, would be advantageous.

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

• A patient, proactive and nurturing approach.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.

• Reliability, enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
