Salary: £150 - £250 per day

The school follows a varied curriculum designed around the individual needs of its young people, with a strong culture of patience, inclusivity and supporting pupils to develop their social, emotional and personal abilities whilst promoting independence.

The school is looking to take on a SEND Teacher from December on a full-time basis. The successful SEND Teacher will work directly with pupils aged 5 to 19 across all Key Stages, supporting children and young people with needs including Autism / ASD, Learning Difficulties / LD and Attention Deficit Disorder / ADD while delivering engaging lessons and providing consistent classroom support.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS, with ECTs also welcomed to apply
• Experience working with children and young people with SEND
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism / ASD, Learning Difficulties / LD or ADD
• Strong classroom management skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• A commitment to supporting pupils' independence and personal development
