Salary: £160 - £200 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming SEND school based in Stafford. This school provides a warm and supportive environment for KS3 and KS4 students, with excellent facilities designed to support pupils with additional needs. The school has a strong focus on creating an inclusive setting where students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and key life skills.

The school is looking to take on a SEND Teacher on a temporary basis, with flexible days available to suit the successful SEND Teacher’s schedule. The successful applicant will be supporting students with Autism / ASD and Learning Difficulties across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons and providing the support needed to help students thrive.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

· QTS
· Experience teaching within a SEND environment
· Experience supporting students with Autism / ASD and Learning Difficulties
· Strong classroom management skills
· A patient, adaptable and caring approach
· A commitment to supporting young people with additional needs
