SEND Teacher

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEND provision in Bradford, who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teacher. The provision supports young people with additional needs and is committed to providing a positive and supportive learning environment.

The provision is looking to take on a SEND Teacher for day-to-day and long-term opportunities, with an immediate start available. The successful SEND Teacher will work with pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering engaging lessons while adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs
• Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Excellent classroom management
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
