Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 plus SEND Allowance of £2,787 - £5,497

The school is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent SEND Teacher from September. The successful SEND Teacher will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, support pupils' academic, social and emotional development, and create positive learning experiences tailored to each individual's needs across a range of age groups.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within a SEND school or specialist educational setting
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD)
• Experience planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach to supporting children and young people
