Site Manager

West Midlands/ permanent / £14 - 15 per hour

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, versatile and self-motivated site manager, responsible for security, safety and maintenance of a Primary School in Solihull. The successful candidate will carry out a range of duties ensuring the building, furnishings and site are safe, secure and maintained to the expected standards of the Governing Body. Experience of a similar role is essential, with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation desirable.

You would be required to work a split shift in the day, starting at 7.00am until 9.30am and then returning to tthe school at 2.30pm and working until 7.00pm

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.
