TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of fantastic schools across Chelmsford who are looking for reliable and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join them on a supply basis. We have opportunities available for day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments, offering flexibility to fit around your availability.

As a Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will work in different school settings, providing classroom support, assisting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis, supporting children with additional learning needs where required, and helping teachers create a positive and engaging learning environment. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience while making a real difference to pupils' education.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school or educational setting
• A patient, caring and supportive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexibility to work across different schools, classes and year groups
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
