Salary: £140 - £240 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive mainstream secondary school based in Kidderminster, who are looking to appoint a dedicated PE Teacher. The school provides a welcoming learning environment where staff work together to support students' academic progress, physical development and overall wellbeing.

The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic PE Teacher on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful PE Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Physical Education lessons, promoting participation in sport, managing classroom behaviour effectively and supporting students in developing their confidence, teamwork and physical skills.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching Physical Education in a UK secondary school

• Strong knowledge of the secondary PE curriculum

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• The ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities

• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
