TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming school that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils within the classroom, work with individuals and small groups, and assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities. You will help create a positive and inclusive environment where pupils feel supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have experience working with children in a school setting
- Provide classroom, small-group and one-to-one support
- Assist pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
- Demonstrate strong behaviour-management skills
- Be patient, reliable and adaptable
- Work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding procedures
