Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Salary: £85.50 - £95 per day

The school has a supportive leadership team and a strong ethos of teamwork, making it an excellent place for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to develop and thrive.
The school is looking to appoint a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant from September to work five days a week within a Reception class. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will provide classroom support, work closely with pupils with ALN, encourage positive learning behaviours and work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning opportunities.
The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting, ideally Reception or EYFS
• Experience supporting children with ALN
• A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
