- Supporting students across a variety of subjects within a secondary school environment
- Providing one-to-one support and assisting with small group interventions
- Encouraging students to engage positively with their learning and build confidence
- Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and additional learning needs
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or experience working with young people
- Previous experience within a school or similar educational setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in supporting classroom behaviour and encouraging positive engagement
- A patient, approachable and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and making a difference in education
