These schools are committed to creating positive learning environments where every child is encouraged to succeed, with supportive leadership teams that value the contribution of their support staff.

The schools are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant on a day-to-day supply basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions for the right Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant will work across a variety of year groups, supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-to-one and small group support where required, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience working within a UK primary school
• A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to adapt to different classroom settings and year groups
• A positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
