Job Title: Primary School Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary: £92.63 - £125 per day

The school is looking to appoint an experienced HLTA on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right HLTA. The successful HLTA will be responsible for covering classes across the school, delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting pupils' learning and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. Previous experience covering classes within UK primary school classrooms is essential.

The successful HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Recent experience working within UK primary school classrooms
• Proven experience confidently covering whole classes independently
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
