What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in class, either one-to-one or in small groups
- Helping with learning activities and interventions
- Creating a positive, supportive classroom environment
- Working across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and supporting pupils with ALN
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children (including ALN is a bonus)
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude
- No formal qualifications? That’s okay, transferable skills and experience are welcome!
