Teaching Assistant

The school is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful Teaching Assistant will support teachers across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), working with individuals and small groups to maintain engagement, assist learning, and support effective classroom behaviour management.

The successful Teaching Assistant will possess:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to support students with diverse abilities
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
