Salary: £86 - £95 per hour

We are currently recruiting a dedicated, full-time Learning Support Assistant for a long-term position, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will support students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), working closely with teaching staff to provide classroom assistance, encourage student engagement, and promote positive learning behaviours throughout the school day.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Effective behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• The capacity to build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff
• A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
